We are looking to appoint a Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment.
Oldham College is seeking a committed and experienced Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment to lead our marketing and student recruitment efforts. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the College's reputation and developing its brand in line with our vision, "Together we invest in your Future," and our purpose, "Empowering Potential, Achieving Success."
As part of this role, some of the Key Responsibilities will be
  • Brand Management: Lead and oversee all corporate marketing and recruitment activities, focusing on brand enhancement and reputation building.
  • Student Recruitment: Develop and implement local and regional strategies to achieve recruitment and conversion targets.
  • Partnerships: Develop and oversee collaborative partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
An experienced marketing professional you will be at ease conducting the following key tasks of the role
  • Develop digital marketing infrastructure to enhance visibility and reach across web and social media channels.
  • Lead the reset of the Oldham College brand to ensure impactful engagement with applicants and stakeholders.
  • Manage innovative marketing campaigns that promote the college’s strengths and unique attributes.
  • Execute a strategic recruitment plan aligned with the college’s goals and curriculum strategy.
  • Provide expert advice on student recruitment strategies and portfolio development.
