The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the foremost social science
Universities in the world, with a global reach and an international student intake. Based within the Student Services Centre (SSC), you will be a senior member of a team committed to providing an outstanding level of service, to ensure LSE’s student body remain engaged with their studies and receive a high level of specialist advice on the UK student immigration rules.
You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. You will excel in a fast-paced student focused administrative environment and be able to effectively manage both your own varied workload, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues daily. You will assist the Head of Student Advice and Engagement Management in applying our ethos of continuous improvement and ensure that we continue to provide an excellent service across all relevant areas.
Previous experience within Higher Education administration working in a student facing role is key, alongside specialist knowledge of UKVI Student visa regulations at Higher Education level.
