The Guildhall School of Music & Drama is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Head of Student Services (Student Support) to join our dynamic Student Services team. This pivotal role will support our mission to provide exceptional student services and enhance the overall student experience at our prestigious institution.
To be considered for this role you must have extensive experience of working in student services in Higher Education. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the processes for handling student and staff enquiries across Guildhall School, ensuring effective assessment and referral for student wellbeing, disability and mental health enquiries, and referral to specialist members of staff within the team, counsellors, safeguarding and external support services. Strongly comitted to safeguarding the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults, with the careful handling of sensitive information, you will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and have the ability to effectively influence others.
A DBS check will be required for this role.
