Are you passionate about shaping the careers of executives and fostering meaningful connections between talent and opportunity? At Saïd Business School, we are seeking a committed and experienced Executive Careers Lead to join our Career Development Centre.

The Career Development Centre at Saïd Business School is dedicated to providing high-quality, career-related services to students, alumni and employers. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their career aspirations while connecting top-tier talent with leading organisations.
 
As the Executive Careers Lead, you will spearhead career support for Executive MBA (EMBA) and Master of Major Programme Management (MMPM) students and alumni. This includes coaching, programming and managing relationships with executive search firms and alumni recruiters. Your role will directly contribute to the success of our students and the prestigious international rankings of Saïd Business School.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Provide personalised 1:1 coaching for EMBA and MMPM students and alumni, supporting career transitions and goal setting.
  • Build and nurture relationships with recruiters, head-hunters and corporate partners to enhance the profile of Saïd talent.
  • Design and deliver impactful career programmes, workshops and events tailored to senior-level executive students.
  • Facilitate connections between students and alumni for mentorship, recruitment and professional development.
  • Maintain and manage the OSCAR system to ensure accurate and up-to-date recruitment, coaching and corporate information.
You will possess substantial experience in recruitment, career coaching or related fields such as training or corporate education, including client relationship management and coaching executive-level students. You must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with diverse individuals, analyse motivations and skills, and guide in identifying and pursuing effective career transitions.
