We are pleased to share details of a fixed term, full time opportunity for a Stores Operative with experience in the IT sector to join our dedicated IT Operations team in Digital & Technology Services.
As an IT Operations Stores Operative, you will work alongside an established IT Operations team, supporting the day-to-day operation of our network stores function.
You will work closely with colleagues in the Physical Environment Team and others to ensure our critical network equipment stock is available for deployment when needed. You will facilitate the delivery and receiving into stock of new items purchased from suppliers, and of recovered items that are suitable for re-use. You will keep inventory of all items help within our stores. You will facilitate delivery of network stock to site as and when required.
You will have had experience in working in a stores environment and will have had experience in stock inventory and stock levels reporting. You will have a full clean UK driver's license.

This post is offered on a fixed term basis for 1 year. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours) ; however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week). Please specify in your application if you wish to work part time and the number of preferred hours. Job share arrangements may be considered.
