The postholder will have a strong technical background and experience in the delivery and implementation of business process automation solutions. The Digital Innovation team operates within the Digital Programme & Innovation Office (DPIO) which is part of the wider Digital Services Directorate.

- Demonstrable ability to identify problems, evaluate and define possible solutions, and implement those solutions in code.
- Ability to produce high-quality training materials and deliver training to a range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to meet the needs of the post, and to attend campuses out of hours, on occasion, to deal with matters of high priority.
