- THE ROLE -
Ulster University is committed to advancing its digital transformation agenda, moving towards a paper-lite environment and adopting a digital-first approach across all business processes. The postholder will have a strong technical background and experience in the delivery and implementation of business process automation solutions. The Digital Innovation team operates within the Digital Programme & Innovation Office (DPIO) which is part of the wider Digital Services Directorate.

- Experience of developing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform or similar business process automation technologies.
- Experience of creating test scripts and executing software test plans.
- Experience of providing L2/3 software support to end users.
- Demonstrable ability to identify problems, evaluate and define possible solutions, and implement those solutions in code.
- Ability to produce high-quality training materials and deliver training to a range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to meet the needs of the post, and to attend campuses out of hours, on occasion, to deal with matters of high priority.
