Job Summary - The University of Exeter are recruiting an enthusiastic graduate to support the Impact Evidence and Evaluation Team. The role will involve a broad range of duties that help the team to develop and implement systems that support our researchers to evidence their research impact. The Systems administrator will be involved in the planning and delivery of online and face-to-face systems training, supporting the strengthening of systems that underpin the tracking and recording of research impact evidence collection and other administrative tasks. This is an opportunity to develop your technical skills in, systems delivery, research, preparing systems guidance and systems administration. This role is part of the Graduate Business Partnership scheme offers full time hours (36.5 per week) and is available for a period of twelve months. This role offers hybrid working where you can work remotely and from the Innovation Centre on Streatham (Exeter) Campus. We encourage applications from graduates of all academic backgrounds. About You – You should be a graduate who has excellent technical skills with a particular focus on applications and systems, excellent organisation and admin skills, good communication skills and strong IT skills. You should have accuracy with the ability to pay excellent attention to detail, be proactive and take initiative, and be highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously. You should have a positive towards new technology and methods of communication, be confident speaking with people at all levels and from all backgrounds, have the ability to use own initiative in the workplace, and have enthusiasm and willingness to learn. You should enthusiasm for supporting others to use technology, be a problem solver, be customer focused, and have an appreciation of research related activity. You should also have experience of providing administrative and/or technical support, of supporting the delivery of events or online events, of teamwork and collaboration, and of writing guidance.
