About the role

Oxford Thermofluids Institute is seeking a Project Engineer to design, build, and perform experimental testing of novel aerospace materials and geometries.

This role involves significant computer-based design and simulation, as such the successful candidate will be familiar in the use of CAD programs (i.e. SOLIDWORKS/AutoCAD) towards the design of experimental systems alongside analytical software tools (i.e. ANSYS programs) used to analyze these same systems. This role also involves experimental work, and the successful candidate will have experience in an experimental environment.

About you

The successful candidate will be the holder of a relevant Masters’s degree in Engineering with a focus on the core of the thermofluids field: fluid flow and heat transfer.
