The University of Reading is seeking to appoint an Examinations Manager (Systems) based within the Examinations and Graduation Office.

Working within the Examinations and Graduation Office you will manage central administrative process relating to assessment, maintain the quality and accuracy during the processing of results. You will oversee the creation, maintenance and publication of the examination timetable for the main examination periods.

You will have:

  • A first degree or equivalent
  • Excellent and sensitive communication, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • The ability to write about complex matters clearly and succinctly
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation/time management, planning and prioritisation skills with ability to work effectively under pressure within tight deadline.
