This post is part-time and permanent, working 34 hours per week. The salary stated above is the pro-rata amount, the full time salary would be £31,740 – £34,581 per annum (Incl. LWA).
We have a vacancy for a Weekend Customer Service Assistant within our Student Centre team, working Tuesdays to Saturdays based at Harrow Campus. The post is positioned within the Student Centre team delivering first line support for the majority of the University's student services.
The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online. They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work well with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a number of teams.
Although based at one location, successful candidates will be expected to work occasional shifts across our three campuses as and when required.
