At CRUK-CI, our HR team is a critical function our Institute, providing a comprehensive range of HR and recruitment services to our dedicated colleagues. Based in the state-of-the-art Cancer Research Li Ka Shing Centre on the renowned Cambridge Biomedical Campus, our HR team plays a vital role in supporting a diverse and innovative workforce.
As one of two HR Advisors, you'll be pivotal in supporting our HR Manager in a large-scale people function. Your mission: to drive and deliver our people plan by advising, supporting, and leading various initiatives across the Institute. Collaborate closely with the wider HR Division and engage in university-wide HR policy development and operational projects, expanding your influence beyond the Institute.
