About the role
An exciting opening has arisen at BU for a talented analyst to join our team and help us optimise our systems, processes and reporting.
If you're a creative thinker with an appetite for problem-solving, this role could be the perfect blend of challenge and reward.
With responsibility for the analysis and improvement of our HR systems you will enhance organisational efficiency and user experience.
You will also lead the production and delivery of our people data and insights on key HR metrics. This includes cyclical reports, ad hoc requests, and working on continuous improvement projects across the Human Resources & Organisational Development Service.
This position is available on a fixed term or secondment basis until the end of July 2025 in the first instance.
