Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the dynamic environment of the recently created University-wide UAL Doctoral School?
We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team to support the development and management of our new Postgraduate Researcher Development Programme.
Your expertise will be essential to the shaping, enhancement, delivery and co-design of our reimagined programme of postgraduate researcher support, development and training.
About you
If you are imaginative and hold knowledge and experience in using development frameworks to develop, manage and evaluate training programmes in a similar setting, but not limited to an educational environment, then we encourage you to apply for this central role in a lively research environment and be part of our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing people. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, so being comfortable working with diverse teams and influencing change is essential.
