The Role
We are looking for a Senior Application Support & Development Analyst. The post holder will be part of the Application Support and Development team which is responsible for ERP, Dynamics 365, Identity & Access Management and Microsoft 365 platform. The team develop solutions and provides 2nd and 3rd line support to UoL staff.
The post holder will be responsible for the support, maintenance, changes to and development of University Business Systems (Business World/Unit4, StarRez, Kinetics).
The role will span the full spectrum of systems/application support and development including; issue resolution, change management, performance monitoring, application development and systems integration.
We are looking for a passionate individual with experience in supporting business systems, particularly Business World/Unit4 and understanding complex business processes with advanced SQL and Excel skills.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings
