A new post within the Academic Registry of The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama provides an exciting opportunity for someone with substantial, senior-level experience in higher education registry services to lead and develop a unit with a critical role in delivering an outstanding experience for the School’s undergraduate, taught postgraduate and research students.
Comprising student and curriculum data and records, registration and enrolment processes, academic timetabling, and student conduct and complaints, Registry Services forms an important link between students, academic faculty, and wider professional services at Central. The Head of Registry Services will provide strategic and operational leadership for the team, ensuring the effective and efficient deployment of resources and, for students, frictionless interface with the School’s administration. As a member of the Academic Registrar’s leadership group they will also support the development of a joined-up and integrated approach to the delivery of Central’s student and academic services.
