About the role

As the Head of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for leading the Enterprise Division’s efforts to enhance organisational efficiency. You will drive the development and implementation of operational strategies aimed at improving productivity and overall performance across the Division.
This role provides a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the operations and culture of Enterprise, ensuring that we deliver value, streamline workflows, and continually improve our processes.
What you would be doing
- Leading and managing the Business Transformation and Data Analytics teams, you will drive the development and execution of strategies that develop and implement time saving measures by streamlining processes, automating workflows, and reducing inefficiencies.
- You will foster a culture of innovation and process improvement to elevate overall performance within the Enterprise Division carrying out benchmarking initiatives to identifying industry standards and identify areas for improvement.
- You will work cross-functionally with leadership teams and colleagues across Imperial especially key departments such as ICT and the Great Service Program to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving operational goals.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, with a track record of successfully driving operational strategies and improvements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with leadership and colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term while executing short-term operational initiatives.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive change and build consensus.
- A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence, with a focus on delivering tangible results aligned with Enterprise’s aims and objectives to meet the wider Imperial vision.
