The Business Improvement Unit (BIU) was set up within LSE to focus on delivering projects which support both transformational change and operational improvement requirements across the School. This approach is designed to streamline processes and systems that improve how Academic Departments and Professional Services Divisions work, as well as enhance the student experience.
The BIU is reforming the way that the School manages projects by concentrating on user-led process change, which is designed during communicative and cohesive discussions and workshops.
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join a dedicated team of Project Managers, Change Managers, Business Analysts and Portfolio Office staff, striving to be the centre of excellence.
You will be working with key Stakeholders on significant School wide projects, drawing on all of your communication, problem solving and negotiating skills to deliver high quality business analysis for projects within set timeframes.
