Are you a creative and experienced designer looking to make an impact? Saïd Business School is seeking a talented Senior Designer to lead and oversee design projects that elevate our brand and support our marketing and communications efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a prestigious institution and work on a diverse range of design materials across print, digital and multimedia platforms.

As our Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Saïd Business School. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, brand-compliant designs and mentoring junior designers. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop visually compelling materials that align with our strategic objectives.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Develop a range of visual assets including brochures, presentations, digital content, social media graphics and advertisements.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, communications and programme teams to deliver effective design solutions.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
  • Liaise with external vendors such as printers and freelance designers to maintain production quality.
You will have proven experience as a designer with a strong portfolio across print, digital and multimedia formats. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and expertise in both print and digital design are essential. You should also be skilled in leading projects from concept to completion while managing multiple deadlines. Additionally, a strong grasp of typography, layout, composition and brand identity is required, along with the ability to ensure brand consistency across materials.
