We are recruiting for a full time Programme Administrator to work in the Edith Morley Support Centre. Programme Administrators provide support for administrative processes within an assigned programme or programmes. This is a busy and varied role and you will work within a friendly and supportive team.

You will have :

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role with high levels of data management. 
  • Ability to contribute to setting up and maintaining effective systems and procedures. 
  • Good organisational and IT skills including high levels of experience of working with databases to maintain and retrieve data. 
  • A strong focus on attention to detail and maintaining accuracy. 
  • A strong commitment to the provision of an excellent customer service with the ability to proactively suggest improvements. 
  • The ability to develop and sustain collaborative and effective working relationships with a range of colleagues and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service to them.  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to show empathy and sensitivity when required.
