Join our dynamic team at Birkbeck, University of London, as an Innovation and Knowledge Exchange Support Administrator.

As a key player in our Innovation Support Unit, you'll be part of a team dedicated to delivering Lifelong Learning and Continuing Professional Development programmes. This role is crucial in preparing and managing courses and events, ensuring a seamless experience for learners and staff alike.

As an Innovation and Knowledge Exchange Support Administrator, you will:

  • Lead course management and enhance learner experiences.
  • Provide guidance to learners on course details, enrolment, and policies.
  • Establish and manage systems for course logistics and assessments.
  • Produce and maintain course documentation and publicity materials.
  • Offer on-campus support and ensure smooth course and event delivery.
  • Train and supervise new staff in relevant procedures and systems.

For the Innovation and Knowledge Exchange Support Administrator role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • A strong understanding of customer service in education.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Competence in MS applications and virtual learning environments.
  • Experience in supporting the production of learning materials.
  • A-level education or equivalent professional experience.

Salary and benefits:
£18,482 rising to £20,608 per annum - actual salary, (0.6 FTE), FTE £30,803 to £34,346 per annum - pro-rated. Grade 4 on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated London Weighting Allowance.

Contract:
