The Role
Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with a passion for keeping projects on track? We’re looking for a Project Administrator to support the Senior Account Manager and the Directorate of Innovation, Industry, and Enterprise in delivering high-impact projects. You will manage administrative tasks, including resourcing, contract updates, purchase orders, and scheduling, while ensuring projects stay on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations. They will play a key role in risk management, project coordination, and supporting the Creative Lab team in partnered collaborations, contributing to the smooth operation of the directorate. The Candidate
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in project administration and coordination. You will have a solid understanding of project management methodologies, risk management principles, and key project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and financial tracking. With a keen eye for organisation, you will confidently handle administrative processes such as contract management, procurement, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure seamless project delivery.
Finance administration is a key aspect of this role such as having a strong understanding of financial administration particularly in budget tracking, invoicing, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies related to finance, HR, and health & safety. You will also be highly proficient in IT and digital tools, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and financial tracking software, supporting efficient and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate must be adept at stakeholder and customer service management, effectively liaising with internal teams and external partners while ensuring a high level of service delivery. Strong numerical and analytical skills are necessary for budget monitoring and data interpretation.
Additionally, an awareness of Ravensbourne University’s industry focus, its creative sector partnerships, and the higher education landscape will be beneficial in aligning projects with institutional objective.
