The opportunity
University of the Arts London (UAL) is looking for experienced administrators to provide administrative and customer service support across a portfolio of courses.
As part of our Academic Registry team, you will make a valuable contribution to the delivery of high quality experiences for staff and students, through the provision of a variety of information and support services.
This will involve undertaking a range of administrative responsibilities, including:
There are two opportunities for this Programme Administrator role. One role is for a 6-month fixed term contract and another for a 10-month fixed term contract. Please note the 6-month role is based at Kings Cross (Central Saint Martins). The 10-month role will be based at East Bank, Stratford (London College of Fashion).
About you
Educated to A Level (or with equivalent relevant experience), you will possess significant administrative experience, preferably gained within Higher or Further Education. In addition to this, you will need experience of clerking and minute writing at meetings, as well as using databases and Microsoft Office applications.
You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative. Crucially, you are a naturally collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
