We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Academic Development team. You will play a key role in advancing our Institution’s commitment to teaching excellence, fostering inclusive, sustainable and entrepreneurial learning environments. You will take a leading role in developing, delivering, and evaluating Academic Development activities including Strathclyde’s accredited CPD framework.

You will work collaboratively with strategic committees and pedagogic leadership across Strathclyde’s four Faculties and Professional Services Directorates providing guidance, resources, and training opportunities that support the delivery of the university’s strategy priorities for teaching, learning and assessment. You will be committed to the Strathclyde Values and have strong interest in pedagogy and scholarship of teaching and learning. You will be motivated by a desire to support the development of others.
