This is a fixed term, full time post (FTE 1.0) appointment for 2 years, with the possibility of renewal.
LSE Health is a multidisciplinary research centre with over 20 years of experience in advancing global research in health policy and health economics. The Centre is looking to recruit a proactive and experienced Research Manager to join the small, dedicated Professional Services Team. The post holder will support with research grants and funding, communications and events and provide a comprehensive administrative service to the staff of the Centre.
Applicants should have previous relevant administrative experience and strong IT skills, together with excellent attention to detail and the ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and service delivery skills, and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a range of colleagues, are essential. Experience of working in an academic or similar environment in an administrative capacity is essential. Experience of supporting academic research in Higher Education would be an advantage.
