As the principal museum of the University of Cambridge and the largest cultural venue in the region, The Fitzwilliam Museum acts as a crucial bridge between the University, the City and the rest of the world, and has an international reputation for extraordinary research, world class exhibitions, award-winning public programmes and significant collections spanning many cultures and centuries. The Hamilton Kerr Institute (HKI) is a sub-department of the museum and is one of the world's leading centres for teaching and research in paintings conservation and heritage science.
The CRM and Data Coordinator will support the Museum's use of our CRM and ticketing platform (currently Tessitura) and will help train and support users across departments who use the system. The role holder will analyse processes, gather requirements, design and configure Tessitura solutions and coordinate updates.
As a confident Tessitura user, they will be aware of all functionality in the system and be excited to learn about new improvements. The role holder will help identify and implement improvements to data collection, reporting and data hygiene and help support how colleagues use visitor data to better understand audiences. They will assist departments to use ticketing and donation history data to ensure the Museum hits income and fundraising goals.
