It is made up of 13 Schools and Institutes, providing teaching and research in a wide range of subject areas across over 100 courses with more than 4,000 students each year from across the world. This role is part of The Bartlett Marketing and Communications team, delivering strategic communications and marketing for The Bartlett faculty and all departments.
We are looking for a skilled data and insights manager to join The Bartlett Marketing team for a 1-year fixed term contract. The postholder will lead on the development of a robust, data-driven approach to our international student recruitment strategy, providing insights into the needs and motivations of student and employer markets, analysis of our competitors and market positioning, and future opportunities for growth and innovation in our educational offering and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a comprehensive suite of marketing data, research, insights and reporting, and embedding a data-driven approach to the development of new and existing degree courses at The Bartlett. They will be a highly professional and effective data analyst and researcher, with the ability to glean actionable insights from high quality data, and shed light on data-driven opportunities to improve market positioning and marketing effect iveness in the international student recruitment market.
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and demonstrated experience in managing market research, data analysis and data reporting, with a passion for developing data and insights that help brands to better understand and resonate with their target markets. They will bring expertise in variety of research methods and marketing data analytics, including surveys/questionnaires, focus groups, secondary research, and digital marketing and advertising data, with strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects. They will be a strong communicator with the confidence to coordinate with internal stakeholders at all levels to share actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
