Responsibilities
The Senior Centre Coordinator has a highly varied workload, including the provision of administrative support for the Centre’s consultant team and its clients, with a particular focus on CCE’s professional development programmes and knowledge exchange activities.
The post holder is expected to develop and maintain strong and lasting relationships with the consultant team, Visiting Lecturers, delegates and the wider Business School and University, while delivering multiple tasks in a fast moving and demanding client and delegate facing environment.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have previous events experience as well as knowledge of the nonprofit and/or education sectors. They will have comprehensive experience of working within a complex client-focused service environment, with experience of communicating and liaising effectively with senior stakeholders.
Previous experience of marketing activities and line management is desirable. Being proactive and able to use own initiative while having a flexible approach to work are a must.
