This is a fixed term appointment until December 2025
The role
As a Senior Widening Participation (WP) Officer, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of two flagship WP programmes, LSE Thrive and LSE Springboard, as well as supporting in the delivery of our full suite of WP initiatives. You will also contribute to the strategic leadership of the WP team, enhancing our outreach and access efforts through effective cross-team collaboration. Your work will be essential in meeting the objectives of the 'Access' component within our Access and Participation Plan (APP) for 2025/26–2028/29, as well as ensuring continued progress towards our broader team and School targets.

The WP team’s work directly contributes to the School’s strategy, LSE2030, and supports our goals for advancing equity, diversity and inclusion. The WP team works with colleagues across the School to meet the ambitious commitments in our Access and Participation Plan with the regulator, the Office for Students.
