St Catherine’s College is seeking to appoint an HR Assistant on a part-time basis for 25 hours per week, to be worked over four or five days per week.

Key responsibilities include providing administrative support for recruitment and onboarding of new employees, staff record keeping, maintenance of HR procedures and supply of payroll information to the Accounts team. You will also act as an initial point of contact for staff HR queries, support staff training provision and assist the Personnel Advisor regarding casework as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised and delivery-focused, with strong numerical, written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative approach.

The salary is within a range of £28,759 – £32,332 pro rata. In addition, benefits include 30 days annual leave, free meals whilst on duty, free use of the College gym, and season ticket loan scheme for travel.
