At the Department of Physiology Anatomy & Genetics (DPAG) we undertake discovery science where we reassemble physiological processes at the molecular, cellular, tissue and systems level of organisation. In so doing we provide a bridge to translational medicine, and interface between physical and life sciences. Overview of the role:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as HR Team Leader on a 12-month maternity cover (from July 2025). Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll manage the day-to-day HR operations for the department, supervising two HR Advisors and one HR Assistant. You’ll be CIPD qualified at graduate level (or working towards it), with strong employment law knowledge, excellent communication, organisational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality and stakeholder engagement. Secondment applications are welcomed.
