London South Bank University are excited to be recruiting for the post of EDI Manager to join their dedicated and dynamic central EDI team. In this role, you will be part of a team providing key expertise and support across the institution, working alongside others to proactively address inequalities in engagement, experiences and outcomes, and co-developing meaningful improvements to ensure EDI is woven throughout everything we do.
Together with the Head of EDI and EDI Project Manager, as well as local EDI leads and Staff Equality Networks, you will work within relevant legislation, regulation and equalities frameworks to develop and deliver robust, person-centred strategies and action plans informed by data and lived experience to meet LSBU’s significant ambitions around inclusion.

The ideal candidate have a considered, adaptable and collaborative approach and bring a good understanding of EDI principles and their practical application. Awareness of the legislation, regulation and equality frameworks relevant to Higher Education or the Public Sector would be particularly welcome.
