Turning Passion into Purpose. London South Bank University (LSBU) is excited to announce an opportunity to join our Employability and Placements Service as an Employability Resources Manager. This newly created role will be integral to our mission of enhancing skills monitoring, acquisition, and resource development across both academic and central careers functions.

As the Employability Resources Manager, you will lead the development of employability resources for use by Employability Consultants (ECs) and academic staff, focusing on digital careers tools and skills pathways. A key aspect of this role will involve managing and evolving our careers platform, Career Hub, and embedding employability resources within the academic curriculum.

This is a permanent, full-time role, offering you the chance to contribute to a dynamic, purpose-driven team at the heart of LSBU's student success strategy.

About You:

We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:

  • A degree qualification or extensive HR/careers experience.
  • High motivation and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong digital fluency, with expertise in digital marketing and social media highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and managing careers resources, particularly in a higher education setting.
