About the role
In this role you will contribute to the development, delivery, and management of QAA's portfolio of services that are available to educational institutions in England (see Products and Services). We offer providers valuable guidance and support relating to the quality and standards of higher education including:
These services are founded upon the reputation of QAA as a key upholder of quality and standards. Their flexibility enables us to work with providers in ways that meet their specific requirements with each service built upon transparent and effective processes.
In this role you will liaise closely with relevant providers, stakeholders and organisations to build trust and partnerships across higher education, delivering our services to an exacting and high standard. You will lead teams of reviewers in the delivery of our services and support the Head in managing the portfolio of activities and collaborate in the development and design of new services too.
About you
If you have significant experience of working in quality in higher education in England, we want to hear from you. Your understanding of quality systems and processes will include undertaking and supporting review, validation, and developmental activities. You will be comfortable leading and working closely with a team to deliver high quality outcomes in a logical and transparent, manner, disseminating your findings face-to-face and in comprehensive written reports. Knowledge of the OfS regulatory framework and experience of working with, or to, OfS requirements and criteria will be an advantage.
