Our Careers & Enterprise Service is at the heart of this mission, offering the tools, resources, pathways and guidance that students need to succeed in the workplace and beyond.

We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Career Services Manager to lead the department, enhance our services, and build robust networks with employers and industry partners.

As our Career Services Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our Careers & Enterprise Service which includes career specific AIG, bespoke career programmes, micro-placements, enterprise initiatives and two credit bearing careers modules.

You will be an experienced Manager who is able to foster partnerships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to enhance job placements, internships, and entrepreneurial ventures.

You will be able to plan events and work collaboratively with faculty staff to improve graduate outcomes. You will be a competent user of I.T systems and will be confident in analysing data to track performance and create reports for senior management.

To succeed as our Career Services Manager, you will have experience working in the Higher Education sector, experience of careers, coaching, recruitment or HR and in-depth knowledge of Higher Education employability in relation to curriculum development and extra-curricular offer.

Salary and benefits:

£49,745 rising to £58,554 per annum, Grade 8 of the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance that applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.

Contract:
