About the Role
For informal enquiries, please contact Katie Grace (Alumni Engagement Officer) at katie.grace@warwick.ac.uk.
Are you passionate about the arts and building meaningful relationships?
We’re looking for a talented Alumni and Supporter Engagement Officer to join our growing team and help champion our arts alumni community.
With more than 35,000 arts graduates across the globe, our alumni are our forerunners, our greatest advocates, and our living evidence of what it means to be Warwick. This role sees you work alongside colleagues in the Development and Alumni Engagement team and across the Faculty of Arts to build mutually beneficial relationships with alumni and supporters in support of the university strategy.
You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering a range of engagement activities across multiple channels, including direct mail, face to face meetings, online and digital communications and events.
About You
This role would suit a pro-active and experienced volunteering, fundraising or alumni engagement professional, who is ready to shape our programmes that channel the energies and passions of our vibrant global community in support of the University’s strategy.
You’ll be passionate about connecting with our alumni and exploring how to support ways for them to give back.
You’ll be well-equipped in building long-term relationships, motivating volunteers, and delivering purpose-driven engagement on a global scale.
You will bring experience in relationship management, programme development, communications and/or events, and skills you’ve grown through roles in alumni/stakeholder engagement, business development, community partnerships, or membership organisations.
You’ll be excited to work with colleagues in our faculties and key departments to grow alumni and supporter networks, and be comfortable liaising with and influencing a range of stakeholders including senior leaders.
And you’ll thrive on demonstrating our team behaviours every day:
