Within HAS, the Retention Team plays a key role in ensuring that all University of Hertfordshire students are able to access the support required for progression to the next level of their education, achieve their potential, and complete their degree programmes. The Retention Team Co-ordinator will need to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of teams across the university, and will monitor and evaluate data collected on records of communication, referrals to other services, and the effectiveness of the work of the Retention Team.
