Senior Administrator

National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) South Central INSIGHT Programme (SCIP) 

The National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) South Central INSIGHT Programme (SCIP) is a Department of Health and Social Care funded programme to support Masters level education and career development for a range of health and social care professionals. The programme is co-lead by the University of Southampton and Oxford Brookes University. 
  
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join a small enthusiastic and cohesive team, to support the management of SCIP. Working together with SCIP co-leads and the rest of team you will provide support for the delivery of the programme.  

We are looking for someone with experience of providing administrative support to senior staff including diaries, meeting organisation and travel arrangements ideally in an academic or research environment. You will be proactive and highly computer literate. You will need to be able to work well as part of a team, which is committed to adding maximum value to the training and development of health and care professionals to become research-inclusive in their future roles. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining close attention to detail along with an interest in supporting the development of health research and professionals in the UK.
