Applications are invited for the post of Assessment Assistant in the Office of the School of Clinical Medicine.

We are recruiting to this role at an exciting time in medical education, the Assessment Team are in the process of moving to digital modes of assessment and will shortly be rolling out a new platform for delivery of our assessments. If you have experience of on-line or face-to-face student assessment this role could be of interest. It is ideal for a professional administrator with exceptional attention to detail and with previous administrative experience.

The role is varied and interesting and involves working closely with administrative and Senior Clinical colleagues daily as well as liaising with students. You will be able to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels and communicate sensitively and positively with students.

You will be well organized and have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail and enjoy working collaboratively with others. You will be proactive and keen to develop and refine the process that you use to ensure efficiency and quality are maintained.

You will need to demonstrate strong IT skills, the ability to pick up new systems rapidly and any experience of digital assessment delivery would be welcome.  Good organisational and time management skills, excellent team working skills, and a positive and professional attitude are essential.
