The UCL Global Business School for Health (GBSH) at UCL East campus is an innovative business school preparing future healthcare leaders to disrupt and reimagine global health systems. We have a fast-growing executive education portfolio with several international clients that we are offering customised programmes. We are launching a full suite of open enrolment programmes in early 2024. The interdisciplinary offering coupled with academic and practitioner expertise across healthcare makes our offering an exciting opportunity for stakeholders across the new health economy.

About the role

The post offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the new GBSH department, by delivering customer focused and effective administration across the full range of executive education activities.

As well as working with internal and external stakeholders, you will benefit from the opportunities afforded by working closely with healthcare management organisations, UCL East team and being part of the larger administrative community of the Faculty of Population Health Sciences.

The appointee will work closely with the Executive Education Manager and Director of Executive Education in the fulfilment of their responsibilities, to support the design and delivery of Executive Education Programmes. These include open enrolment programmes and custom offerings for specific clients, delivered online an in-person.

This role does not meet the eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa certificate of sponsorship. Therefore, UCL GBSH will not be able to sponsor individuals who require right to work in the UK to carry out this role.

We will consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible.

This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 40% on site.

Interviews are scheduled for Thursday 22nd August (this may be subject to change).

About you

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure. You will possess the ability to work effectively as part of a team and to manage own time effectively.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people and be able to prioritise varied and demanding workloads.
