The College supports around 1,000 staff and student users on a fibre-switched network across two main sites. You will support the small team in maintenance and development of all areas of the College IT estate. The role will provide an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and gain experience across a wide range of areas within IT.
You will have an HND/degree level qualification or equivalent alongside good communication and time management skills. We are looking for familiarity with Microsoft Windows in a networked environment, knowledge of computer security practices, anti-virus and patching software, basics of TCP/IP based communication technologies and a good working knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Android and iOS Operating Systems.
