We are recruiting new Project Managers to manage projects up to £1 million relating to alterations and refurbishments on the University’s estate.
These roles are linked to the delivery of the Condition Survey and Long-Term Maintenance plan that is funded at £10m per year for 10 years.

About you
You will work closely with colleagues in the Department of Campus Infrastructure as well as construction and engineering professionals, and will be responsible for procuring, contracting and delivering services either through in-house labour or through external contractors.
