Student Recruitment Project Coordinator - Events

About the role

As Student Recruitment Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful on-campus and virtual recruitment events. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Student Recruitment and Student Recruitment Managers to execute a strategic annual events plan that drives student engagement and conversion. With a focus on project management and administrative excellence, you will help ensure our events uphold BIMM’s reputation as a leading institution in the creative arts sector.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of BIMM University’s annual recruitment event cycle across UK campuses.
  • Take ownership of institution-wide event campaigns, managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Assist the Head of Student Recruitment with strategic implementation and administrative tasks at national and campus levels.
  • Monitor, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment events, tracking their impact on conversion rates.
  • Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain accurate budget tracking for recruitment events.
  • Deliver annual training for key stakeholders involved in recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event-related collateral and communications are on-brand and engaging.
  • Provide essential support during peak recruitment periods, including the UCAS equal consideration deadline, Clearing, and new student enrolment.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in project and event management, particularly in customer-facing settings that deliver measurable results.
  • A strong background in working within strategic, target-driven environments.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A data-informed approach to planning, with experience conducting research and analysis.
  • Self-motivation and a commercially driven mindset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required.
