The Opportunity
Keele University have established a new Transformation Department to drive the transformation of our professional services. The team will focus on enhancing technology, business processes, and workforce skills to deliver improved service quality, greater efficiency, and a positive impact on the student experience. These newly created roles offer a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Keele University and play a pivotal role in our transformation journey.
As Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of exciting business change projects which are critical to the ongoing development of professional services at Keele University. The primary focus of the role is to lead on assigned change projects which will be a selection of system change implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. Critically, you will work across services to bring subject matter experts together to collaborate effectively on change.
