The Opportunity
Keele University have established a new Transformation Department to drive the transformation of our professional services. The team will focus on enhancing technology, business processes, and workforce skills to deliver improved service quality, greater efficiency, and a positive impact on the student experience. These newly created roles offer a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Keele University and play a pivotal role in our transformation journey.
As Business Analyst (Process Mapping), you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of exciting business change projects which are critical to the ongoing development of professional services at Keele University. The primary focus of the role is to lead on business process mapping, supporting services to plot out there ‘as is’ processes, conduct detailed analysis to identify opportunities for streamlining and automation and then work with developers and digital specialists to configure ‘to be’ processes into systems and operating practices. Critically you will work cross-service to map processes end to end engaging a wide variety of stakeholders to improve workflow and user experience.
