The Deputy Chief Operating Officer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide professional high-level administrative support. This is a challenging and varied role within a small team, working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple functions. Your duties will include overseeing the effective management and maintenance of complex electronic diaries and liaison with senior staff, both internally and externally.
You will have significant experience as a Personal Assistant to senior management with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. By being largely self-directed in your day-to-day work, you will demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility and initiative in all aspects of the role. With a diplomatic and discreet approach, you will be skilled at managing a complex workload.
