Curriculum Mapping Administrator

About the role

As Curriculum Mapping Administrator, you will provide operational data transformation expertise for current and future HEI partners using ‘Sofia’, an innovative curriculum mapping tool, conceived and designed at Imperial College London. We work with other universities to ensure transparency and alignment of complicated curricula, both for governance purposes and to improve student experience. Your input will be valuable in the future development of Sofia, and you will work closely with the Curriculum Mapping Consultant and the developer to bring designs and functionality to fruition.

What you would be doing

You will interpret and manipulate data into a structured format, generating bespoke curriculum templates to build unique environments in Sofia, facilitating the mapping and visualisation of curriculum themes to meet user requirements. You will use your expertise in this area to educate users on optimal use of Sofia to meet their individual needs, providing innovative solutions to mapping and design queries.

What we are looking for

• Proficiency in data manipulation tools and programming languages (Excel, VBA)
• Experience of working in diverse project teams (higher education environment desirable)
• Experience of using project management tools e.g. Airtable
• Self-motivated, with use of initiative and a positive approach to identify key issues and contribute to a resolution
