We are seeking an experienced student-facing internationalisation professional to join the Student Support and Success department at Winchester as our Head of International Student Success. We are looking for a strong leader who can work flexibly, collaboratively and efficiently to develop and enhance the international offering of the University of Winchester and maintain a high quality student experience.
Our successful candidate will be student focussed, with a passion for working collaboratively within an educational setting. You will have an eye for detail and be confident working within complex and changing UK immigration rules and to the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) standards.
Reporting to the Director of Student Support and Success this role will lead the international student success team which oversees delivery of a busy and demanding student-facing service, monitoring and ensuring compliance, developing and enhancing exchange partnerships and study abroad opportunities.
The team liaise across the University to help ensure a positive experience for international students and that colleagues are kept informed about immigration requirements in relation to recruitment and admissions processes, as well as throughout the student lifecycle and post-graduation.
