This is an exciting opportunity to bring your administrative skills and experience to a team that supports the work of the School of Business and Law. You will be part of a friendly and professional team of staff within the School, in an institution that has inclusivity at our heart.

In this varied role you will be responsible for the administrative aspects of a range of activities for the school. This includes minuting meetings, assisting in the organisation of events, assisting in the administration of the financial aspects of the school, as well as general support activities across the school.

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • Organisation skills with previous experience either in office or team administration or in organising events, training or similar activities. 
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and to agreed deadlines, 
  • Clear written communication skills and the ability to develop effective networks
