About the role
We are seeking to appoint a Senior Business Support Officer providing maternity cover to the Executive Dean’s Office. The post holder will be an integral part of the Business Support Team in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Dean’s Office.
The role holder will be responsible for financial processing and reporting operational processes within the School as well as administrating a broad range of support in HR, estates, finance and resources issues relevant to academic and professional services staff.
The role would be suitable for someone who is looking to support a variety of activities, with excellent organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and work under pressure, who enjoys working as part of a team as well as independently.
This is a full-time role (35 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed term contract for one year. The role is a hybrid role with working from home opportunities.
The postholder will be required to be on Campus during event and training days. We will consider this role as a secondment opportunity.
