Richmond American University London is looking to appoint two Student Recruitment Assistants to join our small, dedicated team to support all aspects of student recruitment activities at Richmond.
This is an important role in supporting the University in achieving its student recruitment targets. The Student Recruitment Assistant will manage course and admissions enquiries across multiple platforms and coordinate student recruitment events. You will cover frontline activities to potential students and ensuring both enquirers and applicants are nurtured to the next stage in the recruitment cycle.
You will have strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with a diverse audience, including those who do not have English as a first language. You will be highly organised and be able to manage multiple tasks and events in a fast-paced environment. You will have proven experience in a similar role and have experience in managing multiple communication channels (CRM, email, social media, telephone).
